Soufiane Marhraoui

Soufiane Marhraoui is an operator with a decade of hands-on experience building and scaling tech businesses across Africa and the Middle East. He has held P&L ownership roles at TapTap Send and Glovo, launching and growing markets across Morocco, Tunisia, and sub-Saharan Africa. He brings a ground-level understanding of the structural challenges facing founders in emerging markets, from distribution and regulation to unit economics and talent, and backs it with the analytical rigour of someone who has run the numbers, not just read them.
His focus spans emerging markets broadly, with a particular concentration on Africa and on Moroccan founders wherever they build. He also writes The African Generalist, a newsletter on strategy, capital, and tech across African and emerging markets.
