Reina El Fadel

Reina joined MEVP 6 years ago and is now Senior Legal Counsel at MEVP, where she has led multiple VC transactions and legal/ compliance initiatives for more than 6 years.

Reina is knowledgeable and experienced in a wide range of business industries, with a focus on corporate, finance and commercial legal matters across regional and international jurisdictions. Reina has a broad practice in incorporating and structuring funds, structuring cross-border transactions (providing advice, drafting, negotiating and review in a wide range of transaction documents) and conducting/ supervising due diligences. Reina’s experience includes also compliance and regulatory matters in the region.

Reina has been a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 2015. Reina holds both an LL.M in Business Law and a Bachelor degree in Private Law (with Honors), both from Saint Joseph University of Beirut - Lebanon.
