Rawane Hamze

Rawane is a lawyer admitted to the Beirut Bar Association, having an LLM from SOAS, University of London in International and Comparative Corporate Law. Before joining MEVP, Rawane used to work in the Group Legal and Compliance Department of Bank Audi (Lebanon) as a Legal Counsel for 9 years with wide exposure to M&A and cross-border corporate transactions of the Audi Group. She handled several syndicated and project finance transactions, and overall transactions across the corporate law spectrum, including capital markets, corporate secretary, factoring and general banking matters.
